Narrative:
In response to the evolving automotive landscape, we designed a test bed pilot dedicated showroom to highlight its brand values and forward-thinking Electric Vehicle (EV) strategy. Set against the backdrop of rapid digital transformation, shifting consumer behaviours, retail innovation, and evolving government policies, the space aimed to reinforce Buick’s relevance and leadership in the new era of mobility.
Design:
The showroom was conceived as a hybrid experience hub, blending physical and digital touchpoints to engage a new generation of car buyers. It featured interactive EV displays, immersive storytelling zones, cafe and smart retail solutions that addressed current automotive trends. Each element was curated to reflect Buick’s commitment to sustainability, innovation, and customer-centric design.
Outcome:
The result was a future-ready retail environment that not only communicated Buick’s EV strategy but also responded to emerging market expectations. It elevated brand perception, deepened customer engagement, and positioned Buick as a key player in the transformation of automotive retail.
